Warm room, central location and exceptional staff. Positioned in the nice area, just off the Bus and the railway station.

Wi-Fi was low.

Top-notch room, good food and efficient service. The staff were happy to help, gave a few recommendations. Its pool was clean, we chilled out there when it was warm sunny outside.

The location was peaceful; the stuff was absolutely fantastic; the room was recently renovated. Fantastic and yummy meals. Spotless and iconic hotel in Santa Croce district.

I find the hotel boutique, fairly clean and the staff is absolutely charming. Sleek style property with cozy furniture in the rooms.

I really enjoyed my really nice stay. Its location at a medium distance from a satellite gallery was best possible! The continental breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

Large beds, SERVICE-ORIENTED staff, tasty breakfast. I stayed here before, always cool and cool rooms. All in all everything was lovely, but I had tiny bathroom. Super central location, within easy walking distance of a wide canal.

The room had pretty average views.

Dedicated staff and great looking place. I loved pastries and cheese in the morning. The bed was spacious and it was great having coffee, sound-proofed windows and two windows. Location near restaurants and bars.

Shame the bathroom was cold.
